To EAA 932 Membership,
Unfortunately, due to the increase in Covid 19 + cases in the area, the EAA 932 board made a decision yesterday to cancel the upcoming Chapter Social at the Rusty Nail Saturday January 8th. With Covid spiking rapidly, it is just too risky to put on this event. I personally tested positive for Covid yesterday when I showed up for work. I am fully vaccinated and boosted. Further, no symptoms! The reality of this virus is real. We have also decided to not have an in person chapter gathering on February 12th. Instead we will be doing a virtual gathering that I think will be quite interesting. Details of that gathering will follow shortly. If you did sign up and pay for the Chapter Social, we can either refund your money, or hold on to it for when we are able to reschedule. Please let me know what works best for you.
In the mean time, stay healthy the best you can. As a chapter we will once again adjust to the current situation, and move forward with meeting in person when able. Thank you for your continued engagement and participation.
