EAA Chapter 932 Member, Dan Johnson, will give a presentation on remote flying preparedness

You have just experienced a situation requiring you to make a forced landing away from an airport.  What next?  Have you ever given thought about what you would do in this situation, and how you will survive until help arrives?  Maybe you landed in a very remote location, and you might have to spend the night.  Do you have a survival kit that will help take care of you and your passengers?  What should that survival kit contain? When it is realized that you are missing, how do search and rescue conduct their search?  Come on out and learn about the answers to some of these questions.  Coffee, donut holes, and hangar flying will be from 9:30 to 10:00 am, followed by an interactive program.
