Chapter 932 Pancake Breakfast

Due to the success of our “warm up” Chapter pancake breakfast earlier this month we are going to host an open to the public pancake breakfast as a fundraiser for our new Chapter Building project on Saturday July 10th. We are calling for all of our members to show up for the breakfast, invite all of your friends and, if at all possible, help out a little. We will be holding a planning session via Zoom on this Thursday evening at 7:00 pm to work out the details and fill out the volunteer assignments. Please see the end of this note for the link to the Zoom meeting. We need volunteers to help with setup on Friday evening, final setup on Saturday morning, cooking and serving. We will also need help with clean up after the event. If you cannot attend the planning session but can volunteer to help with the breakfast, please drop me a note to let me know your availability and if you have a preferred assignment. We really need all of the help we can get
