Chapter Gathering – Bugatti Aircraft Presentation and Chili Cookoff

Bob Havens, whom is a highly respected docent at the EAA Museum in Oshkosh will join us for an intriguing discussion on the only Bugatti aircraft. Bob will talk about Etore Bugatti, designer of many luxurious automobiles in the early 1900s. Louis de Monge, the Belgian engineer that designed the aircraft is also outlined. Bob will illustrate the aircraft with technical drawings and models. Original patents of the aircraft are fully investigated, and a replica created by Scotty Wilson of Tulsa, OK will be displayed. This will be a one of a kind and very interesting program on a very unique and esoteric aircraft.
Come on out and join us for this interesting presentation, as well as a chance to enjoy camaraderie over a delicious chili cook off lunch!
