An Update from Our Ray Scholar – Chase Kocken
Hello fellow EAA Chapter members! I’ve been ready for the 150 NM solo cross-country now for a few weeks, although unfortunately, the weather hasn’t been very cooperative and when it is, another problem such as a flat tire arises. Hopefully I will be able to fly soon! On the bright side, these tribulations make for good experience in go or no-go decision making! Luckily, I have been able to squeeze in a few dual flights with Beth, reviewing maneuvers for the checkride — which should come quickly as soon as the better weather picks up in the spring. Thanks to everyone in the chapter for your ongoing support! I am really enjoying my flight training experience at JB Aviation!
